1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Groly AI (via groly.dev or the @grolyai_bot Telegram bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Groly AI provides AI-powered Instagram profile analysis. Our service:
- Analyzes publicly available Instagram profile data
- Generates profile scores, insights, and growth recommendations
- Creates EPUB audit reports with detailed strategy analysis
- Uses AI models (GPT-4 Vision, Claude) for content and strategy analysis
We do not access private accounts, require Instagram login credentials, or interact with Instagram on your behalf.
3. Free and Paid Services
3.1 Free Audit
- Available without signup or registration
- Includes: profile score (0–100), score breakdown, 3 key insights, share card
- Rate limited to 3 free audits per IP address per 24 hours (website) or per Telegram account per 24 hours (bot)
3.2 Paid Full Audit
- Price: $4.99 per audit
- Includes: everything in Free + full 6-chapter EPUB report, 90-day growth roadmap, content plan, monetization strategy
- Delivery: EPUB file available for download upon completion (typically 8–12 minutes)
3.3 Audit Packs (SMM Professionals)
- Bulk audit packages available at discounted rates (5, 10, or 20 audits)
- Pack credits do not expire
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Payment Methods
- Website: Credit/debit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
4.2 Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Technical failure: If the audit fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, you will receive a full refund automatically
- Quality issue: If the generated audit is substantially incomplete or contains critical errors, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
- Duplicate payment: Duplicate charges are refunded automatically upon detection or report
Refunds are not available for:
- Audits successfully generated and delivered
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations (as these are subjective analysis)
- Profiles that were set to private after the audit was initiated

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to bypass rate limits or bulk-request audits without purchasing a pack
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
- Use the service for harassment, stalking, or any illegal purpose
- Resell or redistribute audit reports commercially without attribution
- Submit usernames that you know to be associated with minors for the purpose of profiling
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
The Groly AI website, brand, scoring methodology, report templates, and AI analysis pipelines are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.
6.2 Your Reports
Audit reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and distribute freely. You may share your score card on social media, include audit findings in presentations, or use recommendations for your business. Attribution to Groly AI is appreciated but not required.
6.3 Instagram Content
Instagram content analyzed in audits (photos, captions) remains the property of the respective Instagram users. We analyze publicly available data under fair use principles for the purpose of critique and commentary.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 AI-Generated Content
Audit reports are generated by AI models and represent automated analysis, not professional consulting advice. While we strive for accuracy:
- Profile scores are estimates based on publicly visible data and may not reflect private metrics (reach, impressions)
- Growth recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
- Monetization estimates are projections based on industry benchmarks, not promises of income
7.2 Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Instagram API changes, AI provider outages, or maintenance may temporarily affect audit availability.
7.3 Third-Party Platforms
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Instagram's terms of service and availability are outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Groly AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
